Meditation is like a reset for your mind and body. With a regular practice, you can cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance. In this session, you will learn a handful of modern and ancient practices that can settle the nervous system and train the brain to be more focused, engaged and less reactive. This meditation session will be led by Nina Paul of the GW Exercise & Nutrition Sciences department.
