You are invited to join the Security Policy Studies (SPS) Program, the Institute for Security and Conflict Studies (ISCS), the Master of International Affairs (MAIA) Program, and the Master of International Policy and Practice (MIPP) Program for an in-person presentation and discussion with Dr. Stephen Biddle on his new book, Nonstate Warfare. Dr. Stephen Biddle is Professor of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, a member of the Arnold A. Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies, and Adjunct Senior Fellow for Defense Policy at the Council on Foreign Relations. This event will be moderated by Dr. Alexander Downes, Associate Professor of Political Science and International Affairs and co-Director of the Institute for Security and Conflict Studies at The George Washington University.
