Award-winning actor, songwriter, and composer from the original production of Hamilton
In recognition of George Washington’s birthday and GW’s bicentennial, GW will host Tony Award-nominated actor and Grammy and Emmy Award-winning songwriter/composer Christopher Jackson to discuss his role as George Washington in the critically acclaimed musical Hamilton.
The virtual event will include questions from the GW community and will be moderated by GW Associate Professor of History Denver Brunsman. President Thomas LeBlanc will provide welcome remarks.
All members of the GW community are invited to attend. Space is limited. Registration is required.
