This workshop is designed to prepare students for successful application to research programs sponsored by organizations like NIH or the Pathways Program.
The program will prepare students for research and fellowship application opportunities in the science, technology, engineering, math/statistics/data science, and the public health and health sciences fields. Included in the presentation are tips on writing compelling statements of purpose and how to successfully complete a federal program or fellowship application.
You should attend this session if you are planning to apply to graduate school, medical school, or if you are interested in a research fellowship. This session is geared toward students majoring in psychology, the natural or physical sciences, mathematics, data science, statistics, engineering/computer science, and public health and the health sciences. Expect to learn from other students about their research and internship experiences.
