Submit an Event

Before submitting your event:

  • Be sure to review the GW University Calendar policy and best practices.  
     
  • Does your event require registration? If so, review the registration options and make sure your registration form is set up prior to submitting your event for approval.
     
  • Events are reviewed every Monday and Thursday. To make sure your event gets into the calendar on time, please submit it at least two weeks before the event date.
