In collaboration with the GW Textile Museum, the Sustainability Department, the GW Innovation Center, the GW Office of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and the GW Institute for Corporate Responsibility, POP! is excited to host its second thrift store pop-up on campus.
What is POP?
POP! is a student-run thrift store started by GW undergraduates. Their goal is to promote a culture of sustainable fashion by reducing textile waste and contributing to a circular economy on campus.
After the success of their first pop-up shop (attracting 1000+ attendees, including President LeBlanc!), they are excited to meet the high demand for sustainable fashion on campus with their second thrift store pop-up on October 29th from 12-3 PM at the GW Textile Museum. In addition, they will be collecting clothing on 10/8, 10/15, and 10/22 from 9:30 AM - 12 PM alongside GW Compost’s collection in Kogan Plaza. People who drop off clothes will receive 20% off their entire purchase at the 10/29 pop-up! Hope to see you there!
